Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-11

1. Nature of the Service

Digitals Radar is a private, internal opportunity research and market intelligence console. It is a research tool, not a public consumer product. It is not offered to the general public and does not provide public accounts, subscriptions, checkout, or consumer-facing features.

2. Access and Eligibility

Access is restricted to the single authorized owner account. There is no public sign-up. Only the authorized owner may access the console. Any attempt to access the system by an unauthorized person is prohibited and may be blocked or revoked without notice.

3. Acceptable Use

The authorized owner agrees to use the system only for its intended internal research purposes, to comply with the terms of any connected third-party provider APIs, and to keep credentials and access secure.

4. Prohibited Misuse

The owner agrees not to misuse the system, including by attempting to circumvent access controls, reverse-engineer provider integrations, violate provider terms, or use the system to process data the owner is not authorized to access.

5. Intellectual Property

The Digitals Radar console software, its design, and internally generated research outputs belong to the owner/operator of the system. Data retrieved from third-party providers remains subject to those providers' terms regarding ownership and use.

6. Third-Party Services and APIs

The system integrates with external research providers and APIs (for example search, social, marketplace, and advertising keyword services). These services are governed by their own terms and policies. The system accesses them only when the owner has configured valid credentials and uses them for authorized research workflows. The owner is responsible for compliance with each provider's terms.

7. Availability and Disclaimers

The system is provided as an internal tool without any guarantee of continuous availability. Research outputs depend on connected providers and may be incomplete, unavailable, or blocked when credentials are not configured. The system is designed to report such states honestly rather than fabricate results. No warranties are made regarding the accuracy or completeness of research outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent appropriate for a private internal tool, liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the system is limited to the fullest extent permitted. The system is an internal research aid; decisions based on its outputs are the owner's responsibility.

9. Termination and Access Revocation

Access may be revoked or suspended at any time. Because the system is owner-operated, the owner may disable access by closing sign-in, rotating credentials, or removing configurations as needed.

10. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the internal system. The effective date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
