Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-09-11
1. Overview
Digitals Radar is a private, internal opportunity research and market intelligence console. It is not a public consumer service and is not offered to the general public. Access is restricted to a single authorized owner account. This policy describes what limited data the system processes, why, and how it is handled.
2. Data We Process
The system processes the following categories of data in the course of its internal research workflows:
- Account identity: the owner's email address, used solely to authenticate access to the console.
- Authentication and session data: sign-in tokens and session metadata required to keep the owner logged in securely.
- Provider and API data: data retrieved through authorized, connected research providers (for example search results, keyword metrics, or marketplace listings) used to identify and evaluate market opportunities.
- Research signals and opportunities:normalized signals, evidence, scored opportunities, and generated product specifications produced by the internal research pipeline.
- Usage and technical logs: job/event records, error logs, and processing metadata needed to operate and monitor the pipeline.
3. Google OAuth and Google API Data
Digitals Radar uses Google OAuth to authenticate the owner. When signing in with Google, the system receives basic account identity information from Google — the account's email address, name, and profile identifier — solely to verify that the person signing in is the authorized owner. No other Google account data is requested for authentication.
Separately, and only when the owner configures it, Digitals Radar makes authorized calls to Google APIs for internal research purposes — for example, retrieving keyword planning data (search volume and related metrics) through the Google Ads API / Keyword Planner using the owner's own credentials. This data is used exclusively to evaluate market demand inside the research pipeline.
Storage and retention: Google-derived identity data is retained only as long as needed to maintain the owner's authenticated session and account record. Keyword research results retrieved through Google APIs are stored in the internal database with provenance (source, query, timestamp) so the owner can review them later.
Sharing and use restrictions: Google user data is never sold, never rented, and never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Google user data is not used to serve advertisements and is not combined with advertising profiles. Access to any Google-derived data is restricted to the single authorized owner account through server-side authentication and row-level data isolation.
4. Purposes
Data is processed exclusively to operate the internal research console: authenticating the owner, running authorized research workflows, scoring and validating opportunities, generating product specifications, and recording outcomes for internal learning. No data is processed for unrelated commercial purposes.
5. Security and Access
Access to the system is restricted to the authorized owner account. Public sign-up is disabled. All application routes and data operations are protected by server-side authentication and authorization checks, and data is isolated to the owner scope. Sensitive operations require an authenticated owner session.
6. Retention
Research data, opportunities, evidence, and outcome records are retained for the operational life of the internal console so the owner can review history and learning. Authentication and session data are retained only as long as needed to maintain a valid session. The owner may request deletion of specific records at any time.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
The system does not sell or rent data. Data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to operate authorized research workflows through connected provider APIs, where the owner's queries are sent to those providers and results are stored internally. Data is not disclosed for advertising.
8. Third-Party Providers
The system connects to external research providers (for example web search, social, marketplace, and advertising keyword APIs) only when the owner has configured valid credentials for them. Each provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy; the owner is responsible for authorized use of those services. When a provider is not configured, the system honestly reports that it is not connected and performs no calls.
9. Your Rights
As the sole authorized user, the owner may access, review, correct, or request deletion of data stored in the system. Because this is a private internal tool with a single authorized account, no public data-subject request mechanism is provided.
10. Not a Public Consumer Service
Digitals Radar is an internal instrument console, not a public consumer product. It does not offer public accounts, public sign-up, subscriptions, checkout, or consumer-facing features. This privacy policy covers only the internal use described above.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the internal system. The effective date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
